Lemon & Leaves accepts referrals across the trauma-and-attachment spectrum, ages 2 to adult. Below is the practical information you need to refer with confidence.

Clinician

Mallory Garcia, LMFT (CA #REPLACE-WITH-LICENSE-NUMBER). PCIT-trained. EMDR-trained. Ten years of clinical work in trauma and attachment, with substantial experience in the foster, kinship, and adoption population.

What we treat

Acute and complex PTSD; reactive attachment disorder and disinhibited social engagement disorder; adjustment, anxiety, and depressive disorders; foster-care, kinship, and adoption-related concerns; intergenerational trauma; grief and bereavement (including ambiguous loss); and disruptive behavior in young children for whom PCIT is appropriate.

In-network: IEHP, UHC, Optum, Kaiser Northern California. Private pay accepted; sliding-scale slots available.

How to refer

Have the family call or use the contact form. We respond within two business days. For urgent referrals (a child in active crisis), call directly and we will triage faster.

For warm handoffs, fax records to REPLACE-WITH-FAX or send via secure email — contact us first to coordinate.
